> We had a problem tenant who was several months behind on rent, so we hired an "experienced" lawyer to hand the eviction.  Well, nearly ten months later our lawyer was licking his wounds and we were being told we would have to start the eviction from scratch.  Instead we went to Mr. DiJulio.  In just a few days, the tenant was dismissed "with prejudice", and we finally could get our house back.  That's what you need in a lawyer.  Highly recommended.
