Asked her to make sure both sides are square & even.Suddenly, she left. Then the front desk girl, Ana, approached me  aggressively & said that another lady will do my nails & insulted me buy saying I'm very rude!When I questioned her name calling, she stated that i told the manicurist, she doesn't know what she's doing(which wasn't true)! 1. Ana was never there, she didn't witness anything & wasn't allowed to accuse me. 2.she did't have the right to disrespect me,call me rude in front of all other customers & staff especially based on wrong assumption. 3.the lady who was doing my nails lied,and this immature arrogant woman(Ana) aggressively attacked me without even verifying the truth with me. Ana needs to learn respect & proper customer service!
