> When it comes to priceless digital data, for many different reasons, vanishing you need pros you can trust to bring your files back from the other side.  At NLE you won't find that, all you'll get is lengthy and unsuccesful repairs, a string of lies that wouldn't full even the most casual computer user. The only reason I walked into this place to began with is because it was cheaper then most other hard drive recovery services, but that was a BIG mistake, the files I had on my drive were worth way more then the few hundreds dollars I would be saving and now there gone forever thanks to the scam artists at NLE.  They further damaged a perfectly repairable hard drive while attempting to replace a part, then they kept me waiting for more then a month without telling me what really happened and instead maked up several different stories that contradicted each other.  For example I called in one day and they told me the files had been accessed and now there just checking them for errors, the next time I called in they told me that the disc it's self had been grinded down due to a bad head plate which is caused by physical damage and everything is gone. The funny yet sad thing is that the hard drive had never been dropped.  After I picked up my drive I opened it up for a look and what I found was major scratches on the disc, before I took the drive in I had opened up the drive to see if I can figure out the problem, which obviously I didn't, at that time there were absoluetly no scratches, which can only mean one thing, the damage to the drive was done at NLE.  I am in talks with my lawyer about building a lawsuit, but in the meantime it is my mission to prevent this type of thing happening to anyone else! I can't tell you about the sales services, but if this is what the repair service is like, then I'm pretty sure your better off getting your editing systems at some other place.

> Very professional and knowledgable.  I've been using their services for close to 5 yrs, and have not had any issues with them so far.  They know what they are doing and do not beat around the bush!  Have had a recovery done by them as well, and on a contrary to what the previous review said, I've had nothing but smooth and excellent outcome.  And coming from the industry, if you have opened the hard drive yourself, you should have not wasted anyones' time taking it for recovery, as the hard drives MUST be opened professionally in the clean room ONLY!!!!  Will recommend this place to anyone!
