Pro Patios were super responsive!  I was having a party on a weekday and couldn't get some of our 9 heaters to work.  I called and left a message on the Friday before, and they called me and came out the following Saturday.  Not only did they fix the problem heaters, but they tuned up all the ones that were working.  He did mention that heaters need an annual maintenance regimen.
