Try to get the older gentleman. He's a nice guy with a good personality. The young guys don't really seem to care, and they don't wash their hands after smoking. They have a fantastic veggie Pho with veggie broth, which perfectly suits my recently adopted lifestyle. These guys have mastered the key to any sucessful restaurant that caters to a busy office-worker crowd: fast, fresh, and consistent (oh, and cheap!). They recently expanded and more than doubled their space. They expanded just in time as the typical M-F lunchtime wait for a seat was getting way too long for a 60min or less dash. The waiters (all guys??) are in after-burner mode every day for lunch as they race around trying to keep the customers happy.
