I requested them to replace drain plug with a mechanical drain plug (with spacer) that I bought online. I was happy as they agreed to do so without additional charges but finally disappointed me by returning the plug stating that it was loose. Later I investigated that mechanic did not use the spacer which was there with the plug in clear bag that I gave them.","rating":3,"date_published":"2015-17-09"}]}
