> Scheduled for service from Saturday,  noon to 5.  Received a phone call at 3pm that technician would be here in 10 minutes. Waited an hour & half for technician.  Called the service twice to complain he had not arrived.  At 5:30 I called again and found out that technician had canceled the appointment without telling anyone.  Rescheduled for Tuesday...they refused to schedule for Monday even though the washer was full of water and laundry.  I was told that I would be scheduled as the first call of the day, around 7am.  Technician showed up at 10:30, right in the middle of my piano lesson.  When he left, the bottom drawer under the washer was left with about two inches of water in it, soaking wet towels & laundry everywhere.
