But instead, it got horrible, my aunt got there on time for her appointment at 5:30 pm. her party was stuck in traffict, she told receptionist about it, what they answer was!: "we cant wait any longer, you need to reschedule or wait until 8:30 pm"" we were late for 20 minutes. I was really embarrass i waited to see their 6pm appointment but no one showed up, when we got there, my aunt would not go back and was really upset. 2 ladies working today have lost completly the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. they make her feel unwanted and just ruined the moment. there are ways to treat people the way they treat her was just incorrect. I went up to have some answer and what i found was two unapologetic ladies.!
