> I have been using this location as my company mail center for many years, and although I have seen many attendants come and go, Frank the manager has always been the pillar of that cozy and friendly establishment, a very courteous, caring, and polite individual that treats everyone well.

> There are two locations in Glendale, this one is the best. The other one is a large location, but only a few employees with a long line. I ended up leaving the other location to come to this one. The customer service at the other location was not good, they were rude and impatient. I needed to ship something internationally and wanted to get quotes for priority mail international, and first class mail. The attendant, Dorothy, was great! She was very patient and gave me quotes and great advice. I told her that she has been the best attendant that I have ever worked with at the post office. I ended up coming back the next day to ship it out with her. I also saw that she is very friendly and polite to other customers as well. This is something I always appreciate, definitely returning for all of my USPS needs!
