Easy in, easy out. Customer service was good. I'm a woman, so I always get asked when I walk into a hardware store if I need help.  Parking is super easy and I love that I don't have to deal with the warehouse size of home depot.","rating":4,"date_published":"2013-29-01"},{"author_name":"Tu N.","review_text":"","rating":4,"date_published":"2013-29-01"},{"author_name":"David J.","review_text":"I've been here twice for some small faucet needs- and both times, the plumbing staff helped steer me in the right direction. I popped in there for some liquid drain opener and was treated well and offered a particular product.  When it didn't work I brought it back for a refund.  Though they gave it after I was persistent-- I was treated like some sort of criminal trying to cheat them.  They're gonna need to do something different or we're all gonna be going to the liquidation sale.","rating":3,"date_published":"2007-28-12"}]}
