> NOT AN HONEST PROPERY MANAGER, be aware they have no clue of the rental system or pricing, they agree on a price next day they decide to change- very GREEDY! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. So we checked an apartment in this building, and decided to rent it. Even though we had already seen another apartment somewhere else, and got approved for that one we decided to go this one, because it was closer to my wife. The price of this unit was advertised $1595, Even on the phone with property manager re-assured that they will honor the price advertised. The kitchen cabinets specially those under the sink were old, and the edges were damaged. It had an old dish washer which we decided we are not going to use it. After 2 days of communications, after sending us the application, all of a sudden i got a call from hovik, asking me to explain where i saw the unit price online, i did send him the list, and then he decided the unit is not 1595, not even 1695 mentioned in another listing it should be 1795!!!!!. Then i got the blame for thinking the unit price i got was wrong. Such a waste of time. Unfortunately glendale rental properties most of them believe everyone is desperate so they can quote whatever they want. This is bad!!!
