> WHY IS THIS HORRIBLE MANAGER, MR. CHIANG, STILL with this company????The manager is absolutely horrible and his customer service is less than professional.  My daughter and I visited the location at the Americana on 10/21/2018.  She ordered some cinnamon bites.  After getting them, they were hot and fresh but burnt on the bottom.  It was apparent the oven was too high.  She advised the manager and he stated, "It is not burnt and I am not making you anymore, I will refund your money."  My daughter, who is 12 years old, came back to the table and was very disappointed and told me that the manager was very rude.  I proceeded to go to the kiosk and advised him that we frequent the location and I tasted the bites and it was burnt at the bottom.  He proceeded to SCREAM at me and advised me that he WAS NOT GOING TO ARGUE with me.  When I was speaking to him, I never once raised my voice.  I told him his customer service was unprofessional and I was surprised that he spoke to a customer in that manner.  We received a refund but I felt compelled to advise the store manager of my experience.  I called and asked him for the store manager's number and he proceeded to tell me that he could not give it to me.  I asked if he could pass my information to the owner and he said, "I am busy and don't have time to talk to YOU and proceeded to hang up the phone.  We will NEVER frequent this location again and I understand that this company makes millions but the individuals they place in management positions should still have some decorum when speaking to customers.
