> Mrs. Monica's Classes are canceled and merged without notice and with no regard to the different levels and/or ages.  Their ability to control, without having to remove children from the class, is questionable to say the least. Negative reinforcement and punishment seems to be their only strategy in dealing with children who are more active and participative.  More advanced children are discouraged from participating simply for the "benefit" of the newer children. Her only response to criticism is to offer to reimburse your money and leave.
