Anyhow, we are a few weeks in and are very pleased. Yes, there are a few snafus that have come along but that is to be expected. Our salesperson Tim is great- highly recommended. Dani in the office is personable and accommodating, we enjoyed our interactions with her. Clay, our project manager is helpful and answers all our questions. The excavation was quick (one day) and the crew was efficient and respectful. Same for steel installers, electrical and plumbing crews. Today Prestige put in the Gunite. They had an issue with the water line and went above and beyond to remedy it. They stayed till 9:30pm without hesitation to do what they could. There is still a bit of an issue but I'm not freaking out because of their previous history with me I have no doubt they'll get it fixed promptly. Remember, you have to understand you are not their only costumer and they are building more then one pool at a time all over the Sacramento area.
