> Beautiful Flowers, personalized!   I went there to pick up some flowers for my wife's birthday and I really dont know much about flowers, except that they're pretty.   I had no idea what to get but I did have a budget.  I talked to Clayton the owner and instead of just slapping some flowers together and taking my money, he asked me to describe my wife and then put the flowers together based on that.  He explained why he chose each flower and I thought that extra touch was terrific....so did my wife!

> "NOT OUR FAULT." This is what I was told after Goleta Floral wrote down the wrong credit card # AND the wrong contact info TWICE. I was going to spend nearly $100 on a dozen roses for my mother--who is going through a really tough time right now--for Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered and when I called to ask what happened they said the credit card didn't go through and they couldn't reach me. Bad enough, but if this was my business I would have free flowers out before the customer hung up the phone. Instead, the OWNER told me it's "not our fault". NICE.
