> I reserved with them weeks before I had a weekend out of town trip with my kids and family friends. I reserved a premium SUV, and arrived there to find that the vehicle I requested was not available. I needed the Suburban space for bags and passengers. I understand that the site says I should receive the suburban or similar. They had a Tahoe waiting for me. Size wise this is not similar. Sure if I raise the third row up in the trunk, I get the same amount of passengers as the suburban, but what about the trunk space for our bags? I could fit a purse in the trunk with the third row up - no space.I waited 45 mins from the start time of my reservation (9am) before leaving, while one of the associates called over to 3 other neighboring locations to see if I could swap out the Tahoe for a Yukon XL or Suburban. NO LUCK - And I didn't have much time as I was scheduled to leave that morning.  She advised me to continue calling other locations (something I didn't have time to do nor wanted to do). Needless to say the experience was disappointing and far from satisfying. The employee assisting me showed me smaller SUVs they had available, which was pointless. Another employee advised me for the future to call ahead to ensure that inventory was available. Who would've known that a call was needed if you could book the vehicle online?!!!Furthermore, the SUV that I ended up taking only because of time constraints at that point smelled like smoke and was not cleaned properly inside. The odor was awful and I had small children traveling with me. We had to air it out and get air freshners to help cut the odor.Enterprise - this was a very disappointing experience all together.
