When we went in for the appointment I was told we didn't have an appointment.  I told her I had over a month ago.  She acted like I was lying and said she couldn't help us.  We ended up going to Atrium which was close by and were very helpful.  When I got home I checked my phone records and sure enough, I had made an appointment on 5-04-09 just like I told them.
