> This gym makes no sense to me.  There is NO ONE there! EVER!  You CANNOT get a call back from who ever own this place.  It also looks worn down and dirty.  This is frustrating because I could ride my bike to this place since it's so close to were I live.  Why have a business if you're not going to ever be around to run it?

> I love this gym.  It's got everything you would ever need, but without all the ridiculous, fluff seen all to often in other gyms.  No floor to ceiling mirrors or bottles of baby oil sitting around.  Just free weights, machine assisted weights and plenty of elliptical bikes and treadmills.Oh yea, and TV's everywhere! LolPlus, this gym has the prettiest surroundings your going to find.  If you live in Alta Sierra, then your lucky because, well it's basically in your backyard!  I live between Alta Sierra and Grass Valley and it only takes me 7 - 8 minutes to get there from my house.Dan Davenport is the owner and operator and is the nicest person your could hope for.  Very knowledgeable and as strong as a bear! LolA great person to listen to on many different levels of fitness training. It's a very comfortable gym and the membership fees are very affordable.  I can't recommend them enough, so please give'em a try. :-)
