> Wonderful Staff and amazing service- I would recommend Bloom hearing aid center to everyone in need of hearing services. Stop by their office and meet Christina and Marisa they are so caring and professional. I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 7 years old and have never experienced an office that cared so much about their patients. They really go above and beyond for each and every patient that comes in to their office. My whole family comes to this office for all of their hearing help.

> I went to Mcdonald for a hearing test. The results were that I needed a hearing aid, loss being at 35%. The audiologist fitted me with a pair and tuned them with a computer. Just before he put these aids in my ears I lightly scratched my jeans. When the aids were inserted I again scratched my pants - NO improvement. He then reminded me of a used car closer setting up a financing program. I asked him if my insurance, Medi-Cal would insure - he said no. I then went to another hearing center and got a second opinion. My hearing loss would not be substantially improved with hearing aids. My loss was at 13%. I was told if and when my hearing loss became worse that Medi-Cal 'would' cover the hearing aids. Conclusion: McDonald hearing aid center is a scam and a ripoff. My recommendation is to always get a second opinion.
