Many errors in document despite info being provided in person and email.  Told Logsdon the documents were urgent and needed correction.  Now, my mom's health is such that she can't sign documents.  Requested a refund.  Logsdon refused!  Never received 'updated' documents.  Logsdon refuses to acknowledge there was a problem on her behalf.  If you want horrible service, visit this office.
