> I dined at the launch party for Bambu the other evening and Chef is exceptional. His mastery really translates into his food.  The Proprietress, Jessica Barrileaux has done a beautiful job with the décor, ambience and welcoming vibe.  The noodle (or rice) bowl was exceptional as were the chicken satay and coconut prawns. Though billed as a "tea house", Bambu is far and above "just" a tea house.  Bon Appetite!
