> My wonderful girlfriend planned a sky diving trip for my birthday at Skydive Pismo Beach.As we entered this "office", there are 2 young ladies who also planned a sky diving trip from out of town.The atmosphere in the room was awkward.The customers had a "buy one get one free" coupon that clearly states it does not expire yet the manager would not honor the coupon nor would she contact her superior at the young ladies' request.When it came time for us to pay, we are being charged more than we were told over the phone. The manager stated that there is an extra fee per policy, yet could not provide the policy in writing, and would not contact her superior, the man who had helped us over the phone. We had just witnessed the extortion of two young ladies moments earlier, and now it was happening to us.Thanks to the manager the business lost out on making income from jumps and media packages.Instead of sharing beautiful memories with friends and relatives I'm sharing a horrific experience.
