> Worst oyster experience ever. Prices are way too high. The oysters were old and many empty. Never again, we'll bring our own next time.

> Every year Half Moon Bay Fish Market provides fish for our Fourth of July barbecue-200-300 people. We have gotten superb quality salmon from them in the past nine years which was flown in from up North. This year, because of the salmon stocks, we opted for tuna steaks. These were also good grilled with a dab of barbeque sauce. We have found them to be fair, provide good quality, and price breaks on quantity. They have never charged us for ice or weighed ice as part of the order. These are honest, very hard working guys. Advance notice is always good for parties.

> Not very clean or honest! You need to watch the clerks because they often switch out old product for fresh. They also tend to add lots of ice to the bag BEFORE weighing so you end up paying $15-$20 per pound for ice! Princeton Seafood in Half Moon Bay harbor is MUCH better in quality, cleanliness and honesty.

> Among the best, freshest and most reasonably priced fish markets on the peninsula. Also, the staff is always wonderful, friendly and helpful, although they sometimes try to sell you more than you need or more fish than you can keep properly fresh. It is definitely worth the drive, though, especially for salmon roasts, and the fresh crab and lobster. What you may spend on gas, you will more than save on the cost of the fish you buy. We hardly ever buy fish anywhere else.
