> it was hard to figure out you call and ask questions about the directions and the train ride and they tell you aftwer stockton you will need to take a bus from stockton to  portola valley  and it doesnt show that on the diections below it just seems strange

> I love riding on Amtrak, and usually there aren't any problems, but I returned from a trip yesterday, and the ticket agent at Hanford was kind of rude.  The station itself is clean & feels safe.
