They were prompt, courteous and friendly.  The tech explained things to me and was able to get my heater working again during a very cold spell so that the kids and I would not have to spend another night without heat.  He told me that if I had any other problems to give them a call and they'd be more than happy to come back out and take care of the problem. I would definately recommend Noga's to anyone.
