> Dr. Kumar is one of the best surgical vets.  He is much better qualified than other vets when it comes to broken legs on cats.  He doesn't pin legs, but plates them, which in the case of one kitty, is the better method to repair broken legs.  Such a nice man and so gentle with the animals.
