I have been here at my apartment for about 5 years and the carpets were starting to get pretty funky. This was especially where the kitchen was since there is much more interaction with food. The tech was successful in getting out all the stains right from my carpet. Some of these stains have been there for years, this includes pen ink. The tech was a nice fellow and was very courteous. Assisted me in moving some furniture to clean the carpets which was nice as well! The cleaner left no odor or residue whatsoever and everything was dried in about 4 hours time! I was even given great tips on keeping the carpet in great condition in case of any future spills I may have. Will certainly be using this company.
