> The star rating says one-star is "disappointing," If so, they should have a negative star system to get to "awful," "worst ever," "cannot be be any worse." The guy was late, knew nothing, did nothing and charged me $110 with a "someone will get back to you."No one has gotten back to me. Fridge is still broken. The phone system is down. Really, the message bot says the system is down which I strongly suspect is another fraudulent issue and they really just don't want to hear from irate customers.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Buy a new appliance if you have to, it will be cheaper and less frustrating.

> The company is very nice, so I recommend it to everyone. I scheduled an appointment with Haier for my washer machine. Finally the technician found that there is no problem and I didn't use it properly, so they have to charge me $90. But I am surprised about it since Haier didn't tell me anything about it. When I contacted Haier next week, they are rude and they told me that I am supposed to read the policy by myself. And I have to resolve the payment with the appliance repair heroes. I felt very disappointed, but I did try to call the appliance repair heroes, the supervisor is very nice and she told me that she will let it go this time but be aware next time. I am very happy and satisfied about the resolution, and I will be careful next time, thanks!
