> We were totally wrong on getting this storage provider. First of all, they're not flexible on your schedule. Since we live in Yuba, they don't want to schedule a delivery for the storage on our convenience, the only date available is when they have a delivery on the same area which is not fair at all since the customer pays for delivery fee. What the heck....Same thing hapened on re-delivery. We were not around when they delivered which we though was fine. They said they came by, nobody was home, was calling us on our phones(no messages received) so they left without leaving our storage. They did not leave a note on the door that they were there. The manager of the apt. who was waiting for them didn't see them at all. When we called, they said someone has to be around to sign the papers (Contract said otherwise). They could not deliver our stuff  right away (2 weeks wait) that costs us $250 extra. It was really a bad experience. Customer service was bad. Nobody sent us and e-mail or returned our calls. I'm complaining at BBB Beware of this sham people!!!!!
