> Customer service is really bad and some of the workers have no idea what they are doing. There is a large sign in the office that says call us if we don't take care of you. So I called and the gentleman on the phone was very sarcastic and bascally said he would take note of my call, but we really don't have a complaint department.  I would not reccomend the insurance agency to any one. Buyer beware
