> Terrible customer service. I purchased a couple of items and one of them was not the correct size. I was not informed of the return/exchange policy or the lack of return policy at the time of purchase. I notice after I got back to the office that a stamp was put on my I invoice after my credit card was run that said no returns or exchanges. I never used the tool and it still had the tag on it. All I was trying to do was exchange it for the correct size. I feel I should have been told at the time of purchase that this item was a final sale.
