> Can you believe the brand new parts you bought from this store can't refund ; Yes it truth happened. I bought a tier chain from this store without no-refund acknowledgement but there is a small note on the receipt that is show ed by store stuff when I tried to return. They said I can not return the chain even it is new and the bag is never opened. No one auto parts store likes it. I am so sad, and i won't buy any thing from O'Reilly Auto Parts!!!!!!!!!!!
