> Do Not Use this companyI had used them for a Ref Repair  to one of my rental property in June 2014, The Whirlpool ref was 2 years new, they came out to look at the ref and toldus it was the compressor broken and the refwas not under warranty, and the cost was close to thousand to get it fix.  So I calledWhirlpool direct, immediately they told me it was covered and there will not be anycharge on us.  I called Payless App manager Erika several times, they told me Whirlpool will coveredit all, there won't be any charge to us.and we had asked her to generate backan invoice to show there wasn't any charge on it.  She did email a zero charge invoice to us.Few weeks after the service, tenants calledclaim their refrigerator still leaking, we leftseveral messages with them, no one returnour call, since the tenant was pregnant we didn't want any accident to occur so wehired another technician to get it fixed.However, the technician told us the previousguy did a poor job on it.Recently when we audit our Visa stmnand found Payless Appliance had putin a charge on our card, we called tothe acct dept, the girl first claim it was a gasolinefee.  then later they said diagnostic fee. At times we had asked them 3 times beforethe repair servicewhether there will be any charge on it,  Theyrepeated told us it was free,  all covered byWhirlpool.  When my assistant called herback, they change their version ofthe charge, first they told her it was gasolinethen diagnostic fee...... and hang up on her.  I totally dislike their nonprofessional and rude wayof doing business.  They did not discloseto us at time of service and bill us withoutnotifying us.  Their workmanship was poorFor your own sake, do not use thiscompany.

> I had called this business to repair my washer which stopped working the night before. The lady i spoke with on the phone ( Erica) was very polite and courteous and set me up with an appt the next working day. I was very happy i did not have to wait! She told me someone would be out at my house between 10am and 3pm. To my suprise someone showed up at 10:15 which was great. He came in, knew exactly what was going on and was very professional, he was there about 10min and knew  what part was needed. He left and i got a call that afternoon for a price quote (very reasonable) and that he would be back the next day, same time with the part. He came back as said the next day and had my washer working in about 20min! I really recommend this company to anyone who needs their appliances fixed! Very prompt, friendly, and professional service and most of all, they know what they are doing!

> I had a tech come to my house on 09-07-07 to have dishwasher repaired.I then wait for my part to come in from the dist. After 2 wks I follow up and they dont have any info.Then again 2wks no info.I speak with the manager and he says that he had no idea what was going on this was the first he had heard of my situation.Which he was clearly wrong because I had spoke with him prior .This place seems to be run by a bunch of confused people. I was referred to them by my warranty info from AIRPORT APLIANCE. If your in need go somewhere else!!!!!!
