> The service was horrible! our waitress was rude and did not get order correct and our food came @ many different times. We were the only non-asian customers there and were treated very differently than the others there. We we practically left unattended. The sushi was good, not great, & portions were small. I will never go back to Rays. I'd rather go to Sapporo instead where there service is friendly, sushi is great and portions are huge!!!

> Although this place lacks customer service, they have great food. I still come back to this restaurant often. They have the BEST "Lion King Roll," in the Bay Area. Overall 3 1/2 to 4 stars!!

> I love them and have been loving them for over 5years!!!  They have some of the best Japanese food AND service!!! I love their Namakaki ( Raw Oysters), but even if you are not a fish person, there is a lot to choose from. I would go there again and again...like I haven't been. The price is always right. Impress a date and go to Ray's!!! You will not be disapointed!!!
