> My property manager had Darren come to take a look at outside trim boards that were rotting, thinking it was termites.  However, Darren reported that there were no termites, but only rotting from unpainted wood affected by the recent heavy rains.  A most honest appraisal.  He earns my trust if I should ever need a termite inspection again.

> The most honest pest inpector I have ever met. As a real estate broker, I have a lot at stake when I reccomend any services to my clients. Darren King and his crew have exceeded all expectations. For example: He once did an inspection on a home on Sweetspice Street, Moreno Valley. He found quite a few termites in the walls, but felt they could be eradicated with a local treatment instead of tenting the whole house. He did the work and gave the certification of clearance. Several months later, termites showed up again. With zero hesitation, A Cut Above paid for the house to be tented, (no cost to my client, or the new buyer.) I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed. When my mom had termites in her home, A Cut Above was the only company I would trust.
