After that Kim always seem to be in a hurry and has not done a good job on my dog. She has shaved her the last 2 times when I have told her I do not want her with short hair. I'm not sure if she even took her a bath because the hair from her ears are dull looking. I bring my dog here because it was closer to home. When we picked them up, not only did they look adorable, but they were happy and relaxed! She takes great care of them and the products she uses are great; they smell awsome and our dogs don't itch like they do after getting groomed elsewhere.
