The employees are courteous and professional and know what they're doing. The tech spent well over a half examining the truck before he came and told me it failed because a plastic connector had been repaired and that altered the vehicle. Yet it passed the test beautifully. He spent a lot of time to find something so he could fail it . I have to wonder if he got caught with a secret shopper from the State. Maybe he was trying to get his fail rate up. He told me I would have to go to a smog referee. This cost me a lot of time and grief when the truck was running just as it was suppose to.I would suggest you go somewhere else. Mason and his assistant were courteous, prompt, accurate and professional. Entire process took approximately 10 minutes which was great for me. Their online coupon allowed me to save money and my total cost was $40. Yesterday I checked with a smog check business across from the Hemet DMV and their price would have been $55.
