> Office staff and maintenance staff are great. The only problem I have is the "ghetto mentality" of the tenants and their offspring. If something is wrong in or around your unit, don't hesitate, call if no work order is needed, or go in if it is. They can't fix problems when tenants don't inform them of the problems.Update: these last couple of months have been great. Management has been doing a great job weeding out the few tenants that were making this place a bit scary. With these tenants gone, the complex has been staying mostly clean (if only we can get the people who drive by and toss out their trash to stop), and the noise levels have been what I would expect from any apt complex. Maintenance is still great and stays on the ball about a lot of things. Again tenants just need to go into the office to sign work orders, and they get the job done.
