My nightmare started in May and I am still dealing with their screw ups... I was ripped off for almost 1k.. It was in the contract as Karr security system, I had them take it out, only too have it put back in as a dealer transfer fee, then was told it was a transaction fee. I would have walked out had this not been a replacement through FCA. It took the sales manager almost 2 months too even do my paperwork, meanwhile the car I had on hold was priced ridiculously low right on their newspaper fliers, at a price they would never sell it at.. BUYER BEWARE for sure. They messed up the paperwork twice. I was told not too worry about the payment, which now has almost 200 in late fees.
