He doesn't remove these ads even though it takes less than a minute.  He does business the way a scammer does: runs an ad to get you in the door (called "bait") and then tells you it is "sold" to get you to look at something else since you drove down there (called "the switch").  This is on the line of bad business to felony, but he doesn't seem to mind.  He probably thinks you're stupid and will say he didn't "have time" to remove the ads.   I told him that it was illegal to do that yet his ads for laptops he doesn't have still run! Contact companies regarding codes he has used to install Microsoft Windows or Office before you buy to ensure it is not illegal/pirated software.  Run the serial number of any computer/laptop/cell phone also before you buy to see if it is reported stolen.  Do not go to his store unless you like to gamble and lose!
