One of them I’m assuming to be the owner or the boss because of her aggressive demeanor had poor customer service, barley smiled, as my 9 & 10yr old kids were ordering she was rushing them asking how many items, I was interested in chicken that looked spicy & ask if I can sample it, she bluntly/rudely said no! because that would be considered part of an item but she can let me sample the sauce. Sadly she treated my family and I as if we were begging for the food instead of paying for it.The other server, as I was trying to order with her, told me that I had to wait for the 1st rude server to help me. I asked why? and she looked lost!. As I was still standing there, a white couple walked in & the server ask them what would they like to order. I then told her I was here 1st & was trying to order with you. The couple agreed & after they told her that was rude along with saying other things to her about her actions , they insisted that they will wait and that she can take my order. At that point I was fed up & told them it was fine & i will go next door to Subway. I went to Mr You’s in Hemet 1382 E Florida Ave, Hemet, CA 92544(951) 925-9990 · That was my 2nd time there. I went back there because my 1st experience with different servers was a good one. They were friendly, welcoming & the food was good. But although the food is good because of the poor customer service that my family & I received I let servers know my family and I will never go back to that place. The 1sr server gave facial expression as if she didn’t’ care & the 2nd server at least apologized. I’m african American and not sure if that played a role for the treatment that my family and I received.
