> We have been with Polly Butte for a couple of years now. Every now and then the Internet is slow. However, Before them we had Hughes Net. We paid double for Hughes net and barely could get on to get homework done. We just got Apple TV about a month ago and we can stream Netflix! Can't even believe it!! Also we had major wifi issues lately and the owner called my husband and walked him through things for a good 45 minutes and fixed our problem( which had nothing to do with his system) we are so thankful for this! Thank you thank you thank you!

> Horrible customer service. Internet is very very slow and no help is provided by their customer service. They miss tons of phone calls and if they do answer they will tell you nothing is wrong with your service. The installation is super expensive and the work is mediocre at best. They treat you as if you don't understand anything even if you know more than they do. Definitely not a good experience with this company. I tried to support a local business but I wish I had saved 380 and went with a bigger company. Never again.
