> Customer service here is excellent. They helped with problems with a new phone that a different location sold. The other locations would not do anything about it but these people would. The other times I have been here they were friendly and helpful. Avoid the mall store though they are rip offs.

> I went to activate an account and didn't end up getting the phone. A month later received a bill and tried to call them to ask them to deactivate the account, they said they couldn't. They also said they had to "google" the number to corporate!
