> I looked Vini up on the concrete network and had him start a project in December and should have taken maybe a week. After being pushed aside for his other projects he started and did nothing to code and tried to deny knows anything about the problems and when we showed him and asked him to give us a plan he decided to take the rebar that I paid for and put in the back of his truck and when the gate was shut so he could not take anymore he drove off. I have never been so taken back after being accused of knowing what was going on and in charge of our project that if that was the case I wouldn't of hired a contractor. He never worked more than a few hours and made us feel like our project was not important.
