They were very professional and not as expensive as I thought they would be. They answered all the questions I had and gave me a real precise estimate over the phone. I appreciated this mostly because I have worked with many other company in the past who gave you a rough quote over the phone and after they came to clean or fix the end up charging you 3 times the price. Furthermore, their technicians were nice men who cleaned really well.
