Every visit you need some special work or cleaning that is not covered by your insurance. There isn't a time that you don't wait. They try to have you come in just to talk to the dentist and charge you for the visit, then make a different appointment for x-rays, and yet another for a cleaning, although that's when they tack on extras and refuse to do what your insurance will cover unless you pay more.I actually liked the doctor, but he is not worth putting up with the extra charges or the HORRIBLE front office staff. The office manager, Jackie Hernandez is a total joke. She is anything but helpful, doesn't return calls and is totally rude. I went in for an appointment, waited an hour before asking what was going on and was informed there was some emergency so it could be another hour or more. I asked why they wouldn't update me instead of having me wait, but they had no response. I left and refuse to go back, but in the mean time I started receiving bills. I called to find out what it was for and after sitting on hold 9 minutes while they "looked for my file" they got back on, asked my name again and then asked to call me back. They never did. I called again and asked directly for the office manager, had to leave a message for her, and she never called back. THE THIRD TIMES A CHARM. AFTER WAITING AN HOUR THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE BACKED UP AND COULD ONLY SEE ONE OF THE TWO CHILDREN WHO HAD APTS. I DON'T THINK WE'LL BE GOING BACK.
