> do not go to this restaurant. I got a combination plate that included rice, beans, 1 enchilada & 1 chile relleno. The enchilada was hard and the chile relleno was rancid. I was FORCED to pay for this plate even though I sent it back to the kitchen and didnt eat anything anymore. German the cashier/waiter told me I shouldve returned the plate untouched.....how was I suppose to return it without tasting it? German has no customer service skill seeing how he stood there and argued with me and accused me of eating more than half the plate, which is very untrue! I took bite from the enchilada, 2 bites from the relleno only because the first bite taken included the seeds and I thought those were rancid. So I took another small bite seeing how I didnt like the first one. He said I ate the beans which is untrue because I dont even like beans. This was not my first visit to this restaurant, but let me tell you it is the last! I have never been in this type of situation before so I am very annoyed. Of course no management was available, so I am filing a complaint with the BBB and with the DEHS for serving rancid food.
