I showed up with the door in my car on a Saturday morning thinking I'd have to drop it off and come back later. He repaired it immediately, having to take the door apart to do it and charged me practically nothing. I also asked that he replace the rollers but they were out of stock. He told me what they would cost, when they would be available and also gave me the part number if I wanted to check around elsewhere. I have not had excellent service like this in years, I will definitely use them again  for all my glass and door needs.","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-12-03"}]}
