> I was treated badly from this company after reporting their windshield damage to my car. I was treated like a second class citizen from the Dispatcher Manager. Completely rude and unprofessional.  Called a liar in so many ways. Takes no responsibility for anything.

> I got my windshield damaged by a rock from one of their company trucks. I reported the damage and filled out a form for repairs. The Dispatcher manager. Was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me it was a "Road Hazard" not his problem.  I told him I had pictures of their truck and video. He acted like  I was making things up. He laughed and said, Oh I would love to see that video sure you do. He called me a liar in so many ways I finally hung up. So, if you ever get damage to your windshield be prepared to be treated with disrespect and sarcasm.  They take no responsibility for their company or trucks when damage is reported.  I would of expected more out of this company. It's bad business.
