> Had a REAL Yogi for a teacher couple years ago.. the few I tried after were all bout excercise and not soomuch the spiritual aspect of yoga. Most instructors I've come across are fitness people, not really Yogies..Billy is teh real deal! If you want to experience REAL yoga, give it a shot.. You'll be back for more!
